The Best
Double Pram Buggy Buggy Strollers
If you're expecting twins, or have two children of different ages then a double buggy can help you out and out and. The best ones are simple to maneuver and deal with rough surfaces and kerbs.
These vehicles also have features such as large sun canopy and transparent hoods, and adjustable seats.
1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest model in the Baby Jogger range. It's designed for travel and easily fits through most doors with its narrow design. It's also one of the most light double buggies available on the market, weighing just 14lbs when folded. It's ideal for travel with a toddler and a newborn as you won’t exceed airline luggage allowances. It can also be folded into a small travel bag, which means you can put it in the back of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze, it's incredibly
compact twin stroller when you've mastered it. It can take a couple of only a few seconds to unfold. However our tester found the auto lock to be a bit confusing. Also, since the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you press it, it landed on her legs when she used it. She also believed that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially true when a large bag for changing is hanging from it.
This double stroller isn't as light as other travel buggies. It has a full array of features and is one the most versatile double strollers on the market. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) and has several recline positions and an UV 50+ canopy. You can even add a bassinet to one or both seats, and turn it into a travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they were not made for
off road double buggy-roading. They had trouble with gravel and long grass and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel, so mud stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle, and it was able to climb pretty hillocks that were muddy.
iCandy Orange
The iCandy Orange double buggy is the most stylish, versatile and quality. It is a must-have for parents who are looking for cutting edge design, quality and style that lasts. The Orange has a gorgeous, lightweight, streamlined chassis with a huge basket that easily fits 2 car seats. It has a luxurious, interchangeable canopy that is water repellent and air-conditioned. It is available in trendy colors such as Pistachio on a Jet Black Frame, Fossil on a Jet Black Frame, and Rose. The option to add a built-in ride for older siblings is also available.
The 2021 update comes with a few changes including improved manoeuvrability and an even bigger, better shopping basket that has been redesigned with a bumper bar and leatherette cover. The seats are moulded and are extremely comfortable. They're also adjustable so that they can be placed to meet siblings' needs. iCandy have created the first ever "cinema" seating system that allows parents to maintain eye contact with their children. They can also be repositioned to face either the parent or the world facing.
It's a heavier tandem buggy but it's very easy to use and steer, particularly on smooth pavements. It is stable in double and single mode, and can be used on sloping ground. It's not as simple to drive on public transportation, however, since it requires more than one hand on the handlebar. It's also a little bulky and can't be stuffed into the standard car boot for families with the seat on, but this can be overcome by thoughtful planning. iCandy has included an infant footmuff and a changing bag in the price, so this is an excellent value package for new parents.

This stylish and practical city stroller can be used by twins or a toddler with an infant, or even three children by adding UPPAbaby's ‘PiggyBack’ board (sold separately). Its sleek frame and small dimensions make it perfect for shopping malls and narrow city streets. Its swivel front wheel and four-wheel suspension allows it to withstand rough or uneven terrain.
This model is also great for families planning to travel as it can accommodate a car-seat in the back. It features an easy-to-fold system that can be used with a wide range of Joie infant car seat. It also has a spacious basket and comfortable seats for both children. The only drawback is that the front seat doesn't recline completely, which can be a problem for babies. It's a great choice if you are looking for a lightweight and inexpensive stroller.
4. Cybex Gazelle S
This is the stroller to get if you are expecting twins. It's Cybex first travel system with built-in adaptors that allow you to convert an individual stroller into a double. The upper adaptors can easily slide upwards and downwards to accommodate your height whilst the lower ones can be twisted around and rotated, making it really easy to change from one configuration to another. It is suitable from birth as mono pushchair and up to 4 years old as a double with the addition of the CLOUD Z i-Size car seat or a second seat unit or Gazelle Cot, this is the future-ready stroller that adapts to your family. The new one-pull harness makes the process of securing your child a simple and easy procedure - perfect when you're carrying the baby on your back!

This stroller is highly versatile and child-friendly due to its single-pull harness and large recline. It also comes with wheels that are puncture-proof so you don't need to worry about those unexpected flat tubes on your adventures away from home.
5. Nipper Double V5
The Nipper Double V5 from Out 'n' About is an updated version of the award-winning all-terrain buggie. It was designed for twins or siblings and has recliner chairs that are independent, compatible with carrycots and a lightweight framework for easy manoeuvrability on bumpy terrain.
The height-adjustable handle and rear wheel suspension ensure the most comfortable ride for children up to 22kg. The tough pneumatic tyres, that are easy to clean, give a smooth ride while jogging. The 360-swivel front wheel can be locked to make it easier to maneuver around the city, and the single pedal brake is easy to use.
Our testers discovered that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to navigate, even on rough terrain or when turning on an area with a lot of traffic. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was hugely appreciated.
They also loved that the hoods could be moved forward and back and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. They didn't offer as much coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth having an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our testers loved the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their
compact twin stroller girls Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods, to rush to the park for a quick playdate. The testers were also awed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There's plenty of room to stretch out for growing toddlers. Our test participants did not agree, however, that the absence of parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in this buggy was a drawback, and they would like to see more storage space for shopping and other equipment.
