Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or rings. This swaps the current item level upgrade for a different one similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of the equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment using three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by melee and weapons and spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To create them, you require a higher level token for rerolling. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an Best Item Upgrade, the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
