World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade
Item upgrades (
http://planforexams.Com/) allow players to raise the item level of weapons and armor that are equippable. This increases the effectiveness of the equipment, and also sometimes adding buffs or rolling an affix again.
It is important to note that although you can upgrade magic and other common equipment, it's usually not worth the cost. Rare and exclusive gear will quickly outclass modernized magic and common equipment.
Cost
The player has to spend gold to upgrade an item. The cost of upgrading an item depends on the current level of the item and the type of upgrade. Upgrades to weapons are generally cheaper than upgrades to armor because weapons have lower requirements. The amount of Gold required increases as an item is upgraded.
Upgraded items also come with upgraded stats that will improve its performance in different ways. This could include boosting its attack strength or critical strike chance. In addition an upgraded item might be able to give additional bonuses to its equipped unit. These upgrades are able to increase the overall strength of a group or a single unit, and may significantly impact the gameplay.
Items can be upgraded at any NPC who is an upgrader in the game. Generally, these NPCs are located in capital cities or major questing spots. Players can also locate item upgraders when they visit dungeons with high-level bosses and by chatting with NPCs in their garrisons for their faction.
The item upgrade system in World of Warcraft provides players with the ability to upgrade the levels of weapons, armor, and trinkets. The process is similar to the process used for gear reforging in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor, but instead of using the currency that is appropriate players need to visit an item upgrader NPC to complete the process.
Upgrades can be expensive, especially for weapons and armor. Depending on the upgrade track, each step up in level of the item could cost several Valorstones or crests. The total costs can be prohibitive for players who do not have the resources or are unwilling to grind them.
The game allows you to roll a new item by using a special tool from the menu of items. This option will replace the upgraded item with a level 1 version that has different bonuses. This is a great way to gain better results on items that have already been upgraded. However, it could also be a waste.
Requirements
Upgrading is the procedure of increasing the level of the items that are equippable like trinkets, weapons and armor. This can boost their power, making them more powerful in combat. Players can
upgrade items their gear by spending the appropriate currency at an NPC that sells upgraders for items. However, players must be aware that some upgrades have specific requirements.
The earliest upgrades only increase the stats of the base item by one level, however later upgrades offer more substantial enhancements. Upgrades from levels 3 to 6 will boost the weapon's damage by two levels. In addition, the upgraded item will get an additional stat that is based on the level at which it was purchased. This bonus is a mix of a guaranteed substat and random generated stats that can vary from upgrade to upgrade.
A player can roll an upgraded item using a Reroll Token to exchange the upgrade for a new version. The new
item upgrader kit comes with a distinct set of bonuses, and is of a lower level of the item. The rerolled item is also likely to have different requirements for strength and dexterity. It is important to remember that the rerolled item does not keep its original strength or any of its wasted resources.
Some upgraded items are only able to be rerolled if the original item was Unique Epic, Rare or Rare. Extraordinary items can also be rerolled but the original stats are replaced by a flat-rate bonus. Rerolling an item that is Rare or Epic item will produce a Normal version, and doing the same with the Epic version will result in an elite version.
An upgraded item might include additional modifiers that can further increase its stats and enhance its performance. These additional modifiers do not come with the upgrade price. They can be purchased at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can also be earned by fulfilling specific missions in the game.
To upgrade an item of equipment it is necessary to visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko in Central Flarine. You will need Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 is dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 is dropped by Bosses). You will also require various amounts of Minerals and Erons.
Time
Upgrades to items can be a great way to increase your ship's stats and gear without having to upgrade them. While upgrading isn't expensive, it is an effective way to boost your performance without having to spend a lot of time in combat. It's crucial to know the cost and benefits prior to making the investment of time or money.
Each upgrade boosts the base stat of an item by a specific amount and also offers the chance to gain a bonus substat increase. The additional substat is randomly assigned and could range from a slight increase in one stat to a much greater increase in another. Concentrate on the things that are best in slots first. They will provide a higher returns for your money.
You can check the time required to complete an upgrade by opening your inventory and selecting a weapon, ship, or other accessory. The upgrade window will display the estimated completion time and the progress. In some cases you may be able to speed up the upgrade process by using a Glyph.
It is also possible to retrieve any or all of the upgrade components from an item using a specific high-end salvage kit, which is offered by Black Lion Salvage and Ascended Salvage. However, this doesn't include legendary equipment or upgrades, which can only be retrieved using an Upgrade Extractor or by reclaiming them with the corresponding merchant of karma.
Rewards
The upgrading of items grants players currency and a variety of items. Every upgrade has a chance of granting an unspecified stat bonus. The amount of bonus is different for each upgrade, and is generally higher for rare items. The players can perform a Great Vault search to see whether an item is upgradeable prior to spending tickets. The search can help determine whether the item is of a specific class and whether the player would benefit by an upgrade.
During the upgrade process the item will gradually increase to the next level, however, it isn't always able to reach the full upgrade bar. This process uses Growthstones and Sollant but there is a chance of obtaining a fully upgraded item within just one cycle. The more levels that an item attains the more powerful its stat value will be, and the more items that can be upgraded.
Upgrade components can be added to trinkets, armor, and weapons to give an attribute bonus or a special effect, when the equipment is worn. Some upgrade components have additional cosmetic effects. Upgrade components can be obtained through crafting, purchasing from vendors or the Trading Post, looting or receiving them as gifts. Players can also recover upgraded items by using an upgrade extractor or salvaging with a high-tier salvage kit. Glyphs, which are stored in tools for gathering are able to be exchanged without restriction.
A player can turn an item to upgrade it into another item by selecting it and pressing the green button with an arrow that indicates reroll. This will change the layout of the game and allow players to select up to six items for "recycling". The item will be replaced by a level 1 item. Recycled items don't keep their status or the amount of resources needed to upgrade them.
The highest level of upgrade an item can achieve is determined by its tier and quality. Rare items can be upgraded up to a maximum of level six while Rare and Epic items can be upgraded up to level nine. Upgrades to items are added to the base statistics of the item and will no longer increase after a certain amount.
