What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

Costs
There are some costs related to upgrades of items. The first is the upgrade itself. This price is contingent on the item's new ilvl and the amount of perks it receives and is often expensive. It can also be costly to upgrade an

The second is the price of the materials required to upgrade. These items are usually Power Dices (dropped from monsters 21+), Minerals and Erons or specific Mists Of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor Quests. The amount of these materials required can be seen in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
Upgrading an item is an intricate process that requires time. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it can take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. An Upgrade Pity is an item you can buy from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chances of an upgrade succeeding by some percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items offer however it is more reliable. It can be added to any armor or weapon and is able to be used up to three times.
It is also possible to add a variety of additional elements to the upgrade, increasing its chances of success. They are displayed in a window that is above the + button. There are however limitations to this, and the highest amount of material that can be added is shown right above the + button in the user interface.
A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version of it can be used to increase the odds of an upgrade being successful. This item can be helpful when your piece of equipment or weapon is nearing or has reached the top level of its level. It will allow you to upgrade that piece of gear to the next level without having to worry about it breaking.
