In response to this suggestion, the Home Treatment Team conducted a comprehensive assessment of Miss Kelly's condition of mind and her current functioning. According to the report, Miss Kelly was afflicted by a range of mental health issues, such as the borderline personality disorder, bulimia and anorexia. She had also been abused by her husband and was a drug addict. Her symptoms were exacerbated by anxiety, stress and depression. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorder.
Elayaperumal claims Medtronic discriminated against him intentionally due to his race or national origin.
