The fridge has 17 shelves and compartments. The drawers come with temperature controls so that you can set them for Meat, Beverage, or Deli settings. The drawers are easy to open and close however I found the textured plastic coatings a bit hard on my fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator comes with all the features you would expect from a refrigerator in this price range. It has Wi-Fi as well as app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app, which is available for iOS and Android devices, lets you control your refrigerator from anywhere in the world, and it has a ton of customization options. It will also send you notifications when the door is left unlocked as well as when the freezer or fridge must be defrosted and when the filter needs to be changed.

This refrigerator is ideal for a single family or a kitchenette with a built-in appearance and top-of-the highest quality food preservation.

This refrigerator was rated as the best in our Refrigerators Test for a variety of reasons. The freezer temperature remained steady at just above 0°F and never changed more than a tiny fraction - this is crucial to avoid freezer burn. The fridge section of the refrigerator also performed well. It reached the temperature it was set within an hour and maintained the temperature throughout our tests.

Bosch is a household name known for its top-quality appliances. Therefore, it's not a surprise that Bosch's counter depth fridge Bosch counter depth refrigerator can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's Home Connect. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. One of the best aspects of this refrigerator is that the Ice maker is located in the freezer, making it easy to transfer frozen ice to the fridge for use when required. The freezer is designed with thoughtful elements, for instance, sliding drawers that help better organize the placement of items. It also has a large container for storing frozen food and a separate bin for ice.

Another awesome feature of this refrigerator is its Smart InstaView panel. You can control the temperature, lighting, and more of your fridge from your smartphone. It's a nice method of monitoring and managing your refrigerator, particularly if you're away from home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat however it doesn't improve the efficiency of the fridge. In fact it took a bit longer to defrost and chill food in this fridge as compared to other fridges we test. This is probably due to its bigger capacity.

The doors are another problem with this fridge. They have handles that are sunken on the front that allow shorter people to easily open them from the bottom, but they're not easy for taller people to guide closed without slamming them. It would have been better if they had a front-mounted handle.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX is a excellent option for those looking to combine the benefits of a French-door fridge's aesthetics with an efficient layout. Its capacity is higher than average for a counter-depth model and it cools well and has a nice layout. It's also a little less than the top counter depth refrigerators that have an icemaker, which makes it a desirable option.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good option for those looking for a French-door refrigerator that doesn't cost a lot of budget. It's a minimalist design that's not as striking in appearance as other models, but it has enough features to make it a solid pick. Its main feature is the temperature adjustable drawer, which helps keep foods like veggies and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a large ice maker as well as a water dispenser.

The "Chill Drawer", which sits above the two crisper bins, is a great feature. In my tests, the temperature of the refrigerator stayed fairly consistent across different areas of the refrigerator. The temperatures in the top and bottom of the fridge didn't stray very far from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within one degree of 36. This is a great performance, but it doesn't quite rank among the best in our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. You can also connect this fridge to an intelligent thermometer to get more precise measurements of your fridge's temperature.
