Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy on the palate. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

Best coffee beans 1kg. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast that has an uplifting citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa notes can be traced to the winter days in the living room, reading a good book and a warm family hug. To brew the coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being too extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just been boiled. Steep for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
