Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Now is your chance to own a robot vacuum. CNET's top-rated models are on sale this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with savings of up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that has smart mapping and app-based no-go zones. Its 180-minute running time is impressive. It also self-empties itself and automatically refills its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+ is iRobot's smartest robot vacuum to date. Its most significant breakthrough is its camera-based obstacle detection system that makes use of built-in AI to recognize objects like charging cords, shoes, and the pet waste that many other robots are unable to avoid (and often go through). It's also the first to automatically send you a photo of the object it comes across so that you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the best robot vacuums robot mop that we have ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills easily and leaves no trace of it was there. It's easy to control using the iRobot Home app, which lets you schedule cleaning robots and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't sweep areas you do not want it to. It's also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can control it from start to stop by speaking to it.

Its design is also a step above the competition and features a sleek, top piece that looks more like a toy than a loud, obnoxious one. The Clean Base automatic floor cleaner Dirt Disposal System self-empties, which is great for reducing your cleanup time.

In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ quickly removed dust, dirt, and hair from pets. The rubber brushes that counter-rotate kept the debris in place instead of scattering it on the floor. It even could take small gravel and sand which other robots couldn't do. It did all this without getting tangled in our pet's hair.

The j7+, though not as smart as the Roomba S9 for $1,217+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot and cannot clean the stairs, it's an option for those who want both mopping and a vacuum. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic floor scrubber cleaner applications. It can take a long time to download updates, and sometimes it's difficult to tell whether the update actually functioning until you've seen it in the action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you want a bagless Robot vacuum vacuum cleaner that does more than just clean your floors A hybrid is the best choice. These machines are equipped with a water tank so they can mop and vacuum simultaneously. They also come with a variety of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance, and the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. The downside is that they tend to be pricey at full retail, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they often drop in price.

Roborock produces some of our most loved robotic vacuum cleaner vacuums and the Q5+ is no exception. disappoint. This is the cheapest model in their auto-empty line. While it may not come with some of the expensive features (like no-go zones or multi-story memories) but it's an excellent option if you are willing to compromise to save a few bucks.

The Q5+ is noticeable gentle around obstacles such as table legs and walls, which makes it a great choice for homes with lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough when it comes to cleaning dust bunnies, which is a problem where cheaper robot vacuums be a bit sloppy. The technology used to navigate in the Q5+ is superb and has very few missed corners and along walls.

The Q5+, just like other Roborock products can be controlled with just a few buttons on the device or via the Roborock App. The app allows you to start and stop cleanings. You can also set schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones or adjust your home map, or change the room's label.

If you opt for the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-empty dock that's specifically designed to make this robot simple to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver but once in place emptying the bin can be done with relative ease. It has a large LCD screen that is very useful in setting up schedules and changing settings. This feature isn't required for everyone, but it can help easily keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a sophisticated well-rounded vacuum and mop. It's capable of both vacuuming and mopping. Its design and function are some of the best on the market - but it's also pricey.

The base station is attractive and is easily hidden when not in use, and the size is relatively compact. The station's main selling point is that it automates many tasks, chores and functions that other robots have to leave to you. It can store dirty and clean water and also electrolyze and warm the water. Most other robovacs will require you to perform this.

Its vacuuming capabilities are also impressive. It's the few robovacs I've tried that does a really good job of picking up debris on unfinished floors, and it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

The Freo X Ultra is not without flaws, especially in the area of navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, which means it is sometimes stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of the house. It can't climb stairs as well as some competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that allows you to create an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets with plush padding.

Although it doesn't provide the same amount of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many shortcuts in the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive mop and robot vacuum that's worth the price tag.

If you're looking to save money or aren't averse to the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options on the market. A lot of eufy models are substantially less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for example is less expensive and provides a similar in-app experience with more features like the ability to climb stairs, a full-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy is an Anker company with a history of producing robot vacuums that have the right combination of features, performance, and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different it offers a high-quality cleaning of hard floors as well as mopping, carpets and other surfaces at a reasonable price. It's easy to set it up, just connect one of the side brush and then turn it on. Then plug in your charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps required to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. The dock must be located close to an outlet that has enough space to move.

The G30 is tiny, 2.85 inches tall to be precise It can be placed under couches and other low-clearance furniture. Its design is a little less flashy than some of the rival models, sporting sleek black finishes and three physical buttons that control Auto Cleaning, which can be paused or started. Recharge and Spot Clean (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). You can also link the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to conduct cleaning without a schedule using voice commands.

The way in which the G30 cleans is what sets it apart from its rivals. It uses a built-in map to create an image of the immovable objects it encounters and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and the areas it's not able to access. It automatically returns to the base to recharge and continues cleaning where it left off.

robot-vacuum-mops-logo-text-black-png-original.jpgThe elegant G30 isn't without its faults, though. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower recurring costs. It charges faster, has a similar battery life, and performs better on bare floors or low-pile carpet. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't have to be empty as often and comes with a set of boundary strips to restrict it from certain areas. The G30 is, on the other hand, is more affordable and is much simpler to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't need to be empty as often and it's less difficulty with bulky items such as cereal.
