1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed for travel, and can fit through doors that are standard with its narrow and slim design. It's also among the lightest double buggies on the market weighing only 14lb when folded. It's perfect for traveling with a toddler and infant since you won't exceed airline luggage allowances. It can also be folded into the size of the size of a small travel bag making it easy to store in the back of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze, it's incredibly compact when you've mastered it. It takes a few only a few seconds to unfold. However our tester found the auto lock a little confusing. As the handlebar isn't locked to its place when you press it, it hit her legs when she used it. The handlebar was a little shorter than she would like, especially with a big changing bag hanging off it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies it doesn't sacrifice features and is one of the most feature-packed double strollers that are available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) It also features multiple recline positions as well as a UV 50+ canopy. You can even add the bassinet to either or both seats, and turn this into a travel system.
The four rubber composite wheels are perfect for pavements and urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading. They struggled on gravel and long grass, and there isn't much clearance between the wheel and bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle and was able to climb some pretty dirt hills.

It's not as simple to use on public transport because it requires two hands to hold the handlebar. It's also large and can't be stuffed into the standard car boot with the seat on, however this can be overcome by careful planning. iCandy includes an infant footmuff and a changing bag included in the price, making this a great value package for parents who are just starting out.

Our testers found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to maneuver, even on uneven terrain or turning into an area with a lot of traffic. They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to meet your individual preferences - perfect for napping.
They also liked the fact that the hoods could be moved forward and back making them easy to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. They didn't provide the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth having an extra rain cover inside the case.
Overall, our test participants loved the way that Nipper Double let them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park to play with their friends. They were also awed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of space for toddlers growing to play in. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability of using a car seat with this buggy were noted as a problem by our test participants. They would also have preferred a larger storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
