Best Twin
stroller double For Newborns
A double stroller will be vital if you are expecting twins or have two children who are similar in age. The best ones provide numerous ways for your children to ride, including side-by-side seating and the ability to attach a rider's board.
The Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono is Lauren Ro's top stroller. It can be adapted to the needs of your family seamlessly. It can be used with two infant car seats and a toddler seat. This makes it an excellent choice for twins.
Bugaboo Donkey
This is the ideal double stroller for families who are looking for a stylish, side-by-side double stroller. It's a bit bigger than other Bugaboo strollers, but it feels solid and built to last. It has a handlebar that can be adjusted to extend and retract easily. It has a long reach, so my husband who is 6'1", can easily push it, even when he is fully loaded.
Seats are large and can be placed so that one child sits on top of the other or so that children face each the other. The seats can recline independently of one other. The canopies cover both seat fabrics, if desired. They're not a lot of ventilation, so they can feel like an oven on hot days. They do not have a peek-a-boo window that allows children to peek in.
One of the most unique aspects of this stroller is its ability to adapt to your family's needs from the single seat (Mono mode) all the way up to a double side-by-side stroller. It is the only stroller that can be converted that can do this! It can be used in conjunction with a bassinet for newborns or a car seat.
It is easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces, and is able to handle steps and slopes well. The only drawback is that it can be difficult to navigate through crowded shops and restaurants. It is also difficult to fold, particularly when seats are connected. It's still small and can fit through most doors.
In mono mode, there's a storage bin next to the front seats. It is great for grocery shopping and other things. The main storage basket beneath the seats is large and can hold up to 100 lbs, which is more than any other stroller on this list!
Uppababy Vista v2
This stroller is one of the best
twin strollers for newborns. It is compatible with a variety of infant car seats and bassinets (adapters are sold separately) and can be used as a double stroller straight out of the box. It can even accommodate two bassinets or infant car seats at the same time if you purchase the Vista Upper and Lower adapters.
The V2 is an improved version of the original Vista. The toddler seat is about an inch higher, the footrest has more space and the canopy comes with an extender for the fabric that zips out, which adds extra coverage. The harness has also been modernized - it does not require re-threaded, making it easy to adjust.
The stroller is equipped with large wheels (8" in front and 11.5" in the back) and a strong suspension system, which can navigate any terrain. The front wheels are rubber, which makes them ideal for navigating through rocks, gravel and cobblestones. While the rear wheels are more grippy to handle paths and grassy hills.
Another feature that is great is the possibility to connect a child's bicycle to the front of the stroller, which can be a handy option for those who don't want to use an infant car seat or Rumbleseat. If you have a child who is ready to stand, the Vista can even fit an additional child with its piggyback ride-along board accessory.
Vista Vista is easy to use and to install. However, it takes some time to remove all the protective packaging. The instructions are easy to follow, and there is a YouTube video in case you need assistance in understanding the steps.

Cortina Together
Cortina Together is designed for growing families and offers parents the option of seating to meet the preferences and needs of every child. The two seats in the double stroller come with reclined backrests and canopies that are completely independent. They're also engineered to accept one of Chicco's #1-rated KeyFit or KeyFit 30 infant car seats in the front seat and rear seat (car seat sold separately) using the exclusive click-in attachment without the need for add-on straps or bars, which many competing models require.
A comfortable 3-position handle accommodates mom or dad, and a rear zipper access large basket offers ample storage space for gear. The wheels and suspension of the tandem double stroller provide a smooth ride across any terrain. The 1-touch linked rear breaks with toe-tap activated make stopping easy.
In our Strollers & Multiples lab tests, Cortina Together scored well in terms of ease of use. This is based on how simple it is to fold and set up the stroller, adjust the safety harness and open and close the snack tray, engage and disengage the brakes, lift and carry the stroller as if placing it in a trunk, and for double strollers compatible install and remove the infant car seat.
This model has some shortcomings. First, it's heavy. It weighs 36.6 pounds when fully loaded which is on the beast side of our metric than the average for this class of strollers. Additionally, it has a limited view from the back seat when a car seat is installed. The front tray release isn't always easy to use, especially after long-term use. Despite these issues, we still believe this is a fantastic double stroller that can keep your family together for a long time.
Jeep Double Stroller
Jeep Destination Ultralight Side x Side Double Stroller - A lightweight, budget-friendly stroller that is ideal for families with two children. Its front swivel lock wheels allow for easy maneuvering on flat surfaces, and lock to provide stability on bumpy surfaces. It has an umbrella that folds compactly and can be closed in seconds. It is also able to stand upright, making transporting it simpler. Its aluminum frame that is lightweight, foam handle and carrying strap makes it one of the most easy
double strollers to lift during our tests.
This stroller with a side-by-side design offers reclined seats that can be independently adjusted and foot rests for maximum comfort for both children. The large canopy provides UPF 50 protection, and comes with a peekaboo view to make it easy for monitoring. We would like to have the canopy vented to allow more airflow. We didn't like that the cup holder is extremely high on the frame. You'll need to bend down in order to reach it.
In our test of tipping, the Jeep was able to tip over at a 39-degree angle, which is above average for a double stroller. It's a bit heavier however, it has more storage space for the price. The handle and seats are also well-padded.
This stroller is multi-functional and features three modes. It can be used as a wagon (for stuff) as well as a jogger mode (with two safety belts with five points for children) or car seat mode. It can be used with one car seat for infants however, pediatricians suggest waiting until your child is six months old before running with them, and 1 year old before letting them run on rough terrain. It is available in black and has a limited lifetime warranty.
