You can train on any terrain using the 12 slope and three decline settings. The Commercial 1250 comes with 1.9-inch rollers. They are not as large as those on the Peloton Treadmill but should be adequate for most runners and walker.
The ActivePulse technology to track your heart rate is another excellent feature of the iFit 1250. This technology will automatically adjust your speed and incline to maintain your optimal heart rate zone during your workout (requires a SmartBeat chest strap, which is not included). The iFit 1250 is available for $1,999, which is lower than the Peloton Treadmill however it still provides an outstanding experience.
