The GP Unique

You'll be hard-pressed to find a more stylish hatchback than the GP Unique. It features large intakes, an arch extension and a two part rear wings. These are features typically reserved for French unicorns.

It's not just a look mean. It also feels quick. The engine is smooth and powerful with its 332lb ft of torque delivering with minimal hassle from just below 1,750rpm and it's well-matched to the quick-shifting 6-speed automatic gearbox. It's a shame the GP Unique doesn't have a manual option however Mini does not mince words about its focus on lap times and an automatic is the best option here.

There are some flaws. The GP Unique's passive suspension is firm but it's not a lot of fun. When you're driving straight and smooth B road, you can easily work the chassis's limits of dynamic, but it's difficult to remain fluid with your inputs. The front end can become somewhat snatchy, and the car struggles to hold its line when it's under pressure from irregular British bumps.

Fortunately the GP Unique's performance is fantastic when you adjust it. Its abrasive front end and body control remind us of the JCW race car we tested last year. It's a blast to drive on a slippery road and when in a positive mood.

The car's chassis is also different from the standard MT-09 due to the fact it has a higher torsional rigidity and larger axles. The new GP's 24.7 degrees of rake, and 108mm of trail feel more on the nose compared to the R6. But it also results in amazing stability when turning.

The PO Generator module is another great feature in GP. This module allows you to look at your current inventory and the min/max level you've set for each item and any open POs your suppliers have (i.e. more inventory is expected) and then generates suggested purchase orders you can then send to your suppliers.

The GP 500

The GP 500 is Airoh's lightest GP helmet to date, helping to reduce neck strain and fatigue as well as increasing safety by reducing burden on shoulders. The shell is designed to be aerodynamic and features a chin curtain spoiler to further improve aerodynamics and minimise wind buffeting. Its EQRS quick release system is similar to one found on most motorbike helmets designed for track use, allowing emergency services to take off the helmet without causing any discomfort to the wearer's neck.

The GP500 is, like many modern helmets, is Snell and certified by SHARP. It has a SHARP 3-star rating. This isn't the most prestigious rating, but it's still a good one considering the fact that it provides front back and sides impact protection.

The GP500 can project an image of up to 4K resolution with excellent clarity. It also had very low input delay when both Game Mode and Fast Mode were turned on, as per BenQ's specifications published.

It was extremely accurate in terms color with the color accuracy being very accurate with a DeltaE of only 2.3 which is very impressive. It also exhibited superb grayscale performance with clean, very distinct shades. The GP500 also displayed some subtle rainbow colors while watching the Adam Project. These were easy to see however they did not interfere with the viewing experience.

The sound quality is amazing. The GP500 comes with an independent DSP chip with treVolo Psychoacoustic Tuning that creates 3D audio effects. It has an internal quad-speaker layout that is placed in every corner of the cabinet. This is designed to create an audio field that is immersive for every person, regardless of where they are seated in the room.

There are several options for connectivity, such as HDMI inputs 1 2, 3, as well an optical Toslink SPDIF to send Dolby-Atmos bitsstreams natively to an external sound bar. The GP500 has a pair of Type-A USB 2.0 ports to stream content, and it also has a 12-volt trigger that can be used to create an electric screen.

The GP 1000

The GP 1000 portable gas monitor is specifically designed for use in hazardous areas. The unit is equipped with a sample probe, micro pump and a battery pack that operates on four series-connected alkaline batteries. The GP-1000 can directly read up to 25 gases and has a large, intuitive, easy-to-read display. It also features a powerful backlight, datalogging features, and an engine boost mode for long sampling lines.

The unit is suitable for many applications like mining and construction. It can help you identify potential hazards at work and safeguard your employees. It can also reduce the risk of injury and property damage. It's a cost-effective option to meet your safety requirements.

The GP-1000 is not only an excellent tool for precise measurements, but it also can save your time and money. The modular design of the hoist is based on polygonal connections that permit quick and simple disassembly. This makes maintenance and repairs more efficient and speedier.

The GP 900

Sceptics might point out that the GP looks like a naked XSR900 dressed in a Wayne Rainey frock. But the truth is that Yamaha's designers used their creativity to design a genuinely ode to its rich sporting heritage. The GP's brand-new Deltabox frame and swingarm are 55mm wider, but feel much more compact in corners due to the new chassis geometry. A 6-axis IMU with full specs brings a variety of electronic rider aids to the platform. KYB suspension has been upgraded with a larger front fork and a longer wheelbase.

The GP's asymmetrically shaped fairing has a clever trick up its sleeves, featuring two air vents located in the cowling to decrease pressure inside and assist in dispersing heat from the engine. This gives it a more sleek appearance and lowers the bike's centre of gravity. The GP's colour TFT dashboard that displays messages and calls and also offers Garmin StreetCross Navigation and turn-by–turn directions (free the first year) is an improvement that is welcome.

The GP comes with three pre-set riding mode options, plus an option for a custom setting that can be changed by the rider. The GP also gets a new suite of smartphone-connected technology that includes a YConnect app that integrates smartphone integration and media control as in addition to cruise control and a USB Type C socket to charge gadgets.

It's not difficult to see that the GP 900 is an excellent sports heritage-inspired machine however, it's also the perfect commuter or Sunday blaster. The 117bhp CP3 engine is very usable and offers a broad range of green power scooter reviews that can be accessed at low revs. Even at highway speeds, the GP comes with a roar of midrange hoo-hah that's enough to recalibrate your time/speed/distance calculations and utterly eviscerate Google Maps' estimated time of arrival. And the GP's chassis is just right - it's not as rigid as an R6 or as light and agile as a TT500. It's a lot of fun to ride and an absolute blast.
