In terms of safety the cot is cushioned and fitted with mesh sides for better airflow, and the mattress is made from high-density foam for extra protection. It's also wipeable so that you can keep it clean. Additionally, it comes with a fitted sheet that's suitable for use with the cot.
The Roomie Glide, unlike some other cribs for beds, is compatible with all beds including divans. This is due to the straps and clips which connect it. It can also be used as a stand-alone crib when it is not connected to the bed. It is packed with wonderful features that were designed with baby and parent bonding in mind.
One thing to keep in mind is that while this crib is great for babies, it won't last long once your little one turns six months old, so you will require a bigger cot. Overall, Roanna thought that the Joie Roomie Glide was a very good purchase and she particularly liked its elegant design.
John Lewis sells the Roomie Glide for PS160. Roanna thought this was a reasonable price for such a cot. She was pleased with the way it looked in her bedroom, and thought the grey color would work in the majority of modern homes. She did mention that it's not an ideal idea to rock a baby when it's younger as it can cause an unhealthy sleep pattern that can be difficult to overcome later.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning
bedside crib with changing table crib designed with a secure night's rest in mind. It features a drop side rail which can be easily lowered for nighttime feeds without having to disturb your baby or get up - it's ideal for mothers who are breastfeeding! It is also lightweight and easy to move around during nap time or when traveling.
It's made of soft materials and has mesh sides that breathe to increase airflow. It's available in oak and charcoal, with a range of melange fabrics that work well with a variety of decor styles. Anna found that it was sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs slid into place and the zippers were secured for security. It took her around 10 minutes to assemble and did not require tools, and comes with clear instructions and a video or support number available if you run into any problems.

It can also be washed in the machine essential for all the spills and vomit that accompany a new baby!
If you're looking to keep your baby close to you during the first six months as they're beginning to learn to sleep independently, the CoZee is a great option as it can also be used as a standalone cot, changing table or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa bed extension pack, it can be converted into an cot. And while it isn't able to feed your baby, or magically make them sleep it will rock them to send them off!

This is one of the more expensive options, but it is packed with lots of features. It's designed as a side
co sleeper bedside cot or standalone crib and is suitable from birth to six months. It features a brand new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel, and is easy to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more flexible than its predecessor, with 11 different height levels and feet that retract to fit under any bed.
Our testers appreciated the ease of use offered by the side panel which can be moved upwards and down with one click of a button. This was particularly helpful at night, as they could reach inside and pick their baby up without disturbing them up.
It is possible to lower the side panel it's own, however this is not recommended, since it increases the likelihood that your baby will fall out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism means that it will only remain in place if it is connected to the bed properly. This is an excellent feature to have for peace of mind, particularly in the case of breastfeeding and frequent feedings at night.
Telescopic legs enable the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers. It also comes with tilting functions for reflux babies and a rocking feature to bring them back to sleep after eating. It's also extremely spacious and offers excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.
Our test subjects found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, although it does come with a long instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than other side-sleepers, but it's easily moved from one place to another. It can also be folded into a bag for travel, which is ideal when you need to transport it. The only downside our testers found was that the side panel didn't flex as much as some of the other models, making it a little harder to see your baby from your bed.

In contrast to other models of bedside cribs like the Shnuggle Air is built with breathability in mind. Its dual-view mesh sides as well as breathable, hypo-allergenic airflow mattress increase airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The gentle slope can help ease reflux and colic. The zipper-down side lets you to feed your baby or comfort them at night.
The kit for converting cots is also well designed, with clear instructions. It comes with everything you need. It took us about an hour to assemble, and was reasonably straightforward. The only downside was the absence of captions in writing on a few of the images, which made it difficult to follow some of the steps. Overall, the procedure was easy and the materials used were of high quality.
The Shnuggle Air is a great option for women who are breastfeeding or have had C-sections. It lets them reach out and touch their baby to comfort them and feeding without having to leave their bed. It's also great for those who wish to avoid the stress of getting in and out of a traditional cot, or placing their child down to sleep.
The motion of gliding was found to be very helpful in lulling babies into sleep following meals during the midday or at night. The drop-down side can be easily accessed to feed or calm babies in the middle of the night this was a huge selling point for our exhausted test moms. The Joie Roomie Glide is a sleek and functional crib that doesn't rock nor does it come with extra features like the sound machine.
