Izziwotnot’s Bailey Sleigh cot-bed isn't cheap but it's elegant and well-constructed. It is easy to assemble however it does require two people. It's gorgeous in any nursery. The panel we tested loved the dark wood and the dowel sides, and is robust enough to be used until your baby turns toddler. It also is compliant with British safety standards. The depth is not so great that your child could get out and the distance between slats should not exceed 65mm. This will prevent their heads from becoming stuck. It's worth bearing in mind that you'll need to purchase a mattress separately that is an additional PS88.
The sleigh shape of this cot is really beautiful and makes it stand out from other cots. It's also very easy to get your baby in and out of this cot, which is a huge benefit. It's a bit more expensive than other cot beds, but our panel felt it was worth the extra cost for the style and the durability.
The cot bed is available in two different the finishes of country pine or walnut and is suitable from birth. (Toddler guard rails are sold separately). It was a little difficult for our panel members to convert the crib into a bed, however, their other half said it was easy and took less than five minutes. It's a bit more expensive than other models, but you'll want to keep it for your children when they are older.
