The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can provide constant pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also comes with mop lifter which lifts the pad automatically when it is able to switch between tile, laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock, and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means you can just set it and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can afford the hefty price tag we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The price is justified by its robust features, which include a massive vacuuming capability, as well as two gyrating mop heads. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station has to be emptied and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are bought separately are required to be replaced periodically too.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality I would highly recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best rated robot vacuum robotic vacuum and mop combination you can buy however, its cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum mop cleaner robot that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combination is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself and makes it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is almost the entire width of the robot, and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water into its base station, where it is sucked in by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard is able to hold a large amount of water and handle up to half a dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do most robotic vacuums and mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is dense, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually initiate an entire map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can select particular rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've evaluated like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. The default pathing setting does a great job of covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it is not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping feature of the vacuum to eliminate the last remnants of dust and debris that you've left behind from the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
