Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized using a specialized app to save maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, as well as the amount of water your mop uses.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also has mop lifter that lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being the fact that it's expensive. The number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop combo. The premium price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without knots. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions using its intelligent controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out as well as the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads that are sold separately also require replacement every few months.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features, I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're on a budget, I suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best rated robot vacuum robotic vacuum and mop combination you can buy however, its cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a want than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that will pick up dirt and dust on your floors while taking care of wet messes, then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robovac combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity to power both mowing and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacle-avoiding. It has a mop with a roller that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank onboard holds a good amount of water, and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. However, if you do choose to use this feature you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your own choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot vacuums with mop's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually initiate a full map and clean of everything mapped by the device, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've crafted. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the space.

Like the other Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in a neat way. The default pathing setting does a great job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

The one glaring flaw of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be a problem for people who are frequently vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up" at the conclusion of every vacuuming session. You can use the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and traces that are left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
