You can, for example request the robot to clean the kitchen and living room thoroughly but leave the spare bedroom alone. The S1 Pro's front colision sensors and its smart navigation technology are excellent too as the robot is able to detect tiny obstacles that other models struggle with. The only issue it has is that it can smash into walls and other objects at a high speed, but a quick glance at the history of cleaning within the app will show you exactly what it's doing as well as where it's heading and what obstacles it's run into or avoided.

A handy LCD screen on the docking station tells you when maintenance tasks must be completed like emptying the debris tray, and cleaning the dirty water tank. It also mixes detergent into the water tank by itself, using a 600ml eufy solution.

Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop come with plenty of running time and the mop is able to operate for 184 minutes in Quiet mode and the vacuum capable of running for 136 minutes in normal mode, before needing to recharge or return to the base to refill. The app is easy to use and intuitive that lets you see all the details of the cleaning.

2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the most recent version of Roborock's flagship robot vacuum and mop, is the most up-to-date version. This year's model has an agitator that doubles as its mopping pad. This increases the carpet cleaning capabilities of this model. The S8 Pro Ultra has an improved suction capacity that allows it to remove smaller hairs and other particles other robotic cleaners could miss.

The Roborock model, just like the other two models I tested is equipped with infrared and 3D obstacle avoidance technology to help it overcome obstacles like walls, furniture, and other obstacles. However, the S8 Pro Ultra takes things one step further by adding a dual camera which can recognize objects and determine whether they're an object that is a wall or a different surface. It then can automatically alter its path and clean them without missing a beat.

It's the most expensive of the three models I've examined, however, it's also the most packed with features. Its sleek, angular design is eye catching and comes with three physical buttons. The only downside I found in this model was the VibraRise mop pads mount is not removable. The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a variety of smart features including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The Roborock app allows you to manage and configure these smart features. It also contains maps and advanced mopping options. The app lets you schedule cleanings and track the battery's life. You'll have to go through some hoops to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame considering how well-performing it is otherwise.

The X40 will also keep track of its progress and notify you when it is finished.

The X40 is easy-to-maintain and offers numerous features that make it a perfect choice for busy families. 4. L20 Ultra

The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models on the market. However, it has several characteristics that make it stand out. The mops come with a brand new feature called Smart DuoScrub. It makes use of two mops with high-speed motors to scrub floors more thoroughly than the conventional method, and it comes with an impressive suction power of 7,000Pa. This is higher than Roborock S8 Pro Ultra and Ecovacs Deebots T20 Omni. It can also remove pet hair, small dirt particles and pick up spills and dirty spots.

The mops are cleaned and dried at the base station every time they are used. This is beneficial because it prevents mould and unpleasant odours from building up in storage. It also makes the mop system more efficient. This is a feature we haven't seen before on other robot vacuum and mop models. It could be a great method to keep your home cleaner longer.
