She was also awarded an Facilities Engagement grant to develop guidelines on how to manage vulnerable patients at the hospital.

She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and an adjunct faculty member of the UM PM&R and Family Medicine residency programs.
