WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.

The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as important for those with higher variance due to the requirement to roll the perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade gear to a higher item level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. The item level Upgrade used to upgrade the item will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in all major cities, and can be visited at any time to upgrade your gear. To ensure that your equipment is up-to-date it is recommended you visit the upgrader every several weeks.

Upgrades will cost more, based on the item level, however they'll always be cheaper than buying new gear. For instance, upgrading a chest piece from Benthic to 385 levels will cost 20 recycle points purchasing a similar piece from another player will cost 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that are used to level up weapons tools, armor, and accessories. They can be purchased by players through NPCs that sell upgrades to items in exchange for various currencies, and can be found in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade is able to be applied to any tool, weapon or armor. button, which displays an image of the item at its next upgrade level when the player has enough materials.

Upgrade costs differ based on the item slot, and the current level of the item upgrading. For example weapons cost more than gloves, bracers or bracers. Each upgrade cost 15 Flightstones and a few crests, with certain upgrades offering discounts to reduce the cost of the Flightstones or crests used. Once an item has been upgraded to a certain degree and is degraded, it can be sold and sold back to the upgrader for a lower amount of both currencies.

A lot of locations offer upgraders for items, including the main Island and a few outposts. The NPCs provide both an upgrade coupon and a possibility of getting an entirely new recipe. Crests

The new currency system isn't too difficult to use, but it brings some changes to the upgrade process. For instance, once an item reaches the highest upgrade level of any rank (Explorer, Adventurer, Veteran, Champion, Hero, or Mythic) it will no longer require Flightstones to be upgraded. This change is designed to allow players to upgrade their equipment up to the highest possible ilvl on all their characters rather than relying solely on seasonal loot.

It's also essential to use crests in a wise manner, as they only have one use.
