Why Buy a Double Running Buggy?
Traditional strollers are great for daily use, but if want to go running with your children, then you'll need a double-running buggy. They are designed specifically for jogging and feature large wheels, air-filled tires, and often a front lockable wheel to give suspension.
For occasional jogging, models like the Mountain Buggy Duet or Out'n'About Nipper Sport

double pushchairs for running, such as Thule's Thule cheetah 2.
Safety
A double-running buggy has three or four wheels (like a normal pram) but they are often larger in size, and have the front wheel locking to provide suspension and
single to double stroller control. The majority of double running buggy handlebars feature brakes (similar to those on bikes) so that you can quickly stop your buggy. Many also have wrist straps for added security. Some models have a slightly reclined seat to provide additional comfort for your child while they eat or take a nap. Remember that babies should be at minimum nine months old before jogging in a buggy and only if they're able to sit comfortably in it for extended periods of time.
