Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using a specialized app to save your home's maps setting cleaning schedules, and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function can help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even raise its mop pads or brushes so that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also has mop lifter that lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means that you can set it and forget it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before it began to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only issue is that it's pricey. The number of features make it an appealing choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it was able to perform very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without knots. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the water tank to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It also features a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks must be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. For those who are on a budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could find, its high price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors while cleaning up wet mess take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo is a mighty 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is continuously filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. As with most robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to opt for this feature, you'll need to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your own cleaner of choice.

Like most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be fixed when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of an area before it has to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or select individual rooms, expandable zone, or a custom routine you've designed. There are many mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors on the mops to find the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, like all the Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is solid, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized fashion. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, however it's not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like thick carpets but may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

This machine has one major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last traces of dust and debris left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its cheaper competitors.
