single push chair and feels solid when you're navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.
1. Babyzen YOYO2
The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a reputation as the most lightweight stroller, both for city dwellers as jet-setters. This is thanks to its nimble maneuverability and fold that fits into an aeroplane's overhead luggage. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all 4 wheels made of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to effortlessly traverse all terrains and types'.
The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 frame and 6months of colour pack come together to create a sleek
best single pushchair that has a soft elegant look. The base frame weighs less than a kilogram and is so lightweight that you can lift it out of the box with one hand.
The hood, as an example, snaps on the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It's also machine washable at 30 degrees which helps prevent staining caused by smushed and mashed rice cakes and carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram right from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.
2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore
The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great choice for parents looking for an adaptable stroller wagon. It can be converted from a stroller to a wagon by simply flipping the handle, meaning parents can select the option they want to use on their adventure. The wagon can hold one or two kids from 6 months old to 5 years old, and it comes with a spacious storage basket to accommodate everything you need on the go.
The Xplore also comes with two canopies that turn from front to back, providing ample sun protection for all family members. It also has a footwell that is not as large or deep as some wagons, so it may not be suitable for long trips or napping.
The frame on the Xplore is solid and sturdy but it doesn't have the same flex as some of the other wagons we have tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and does not lock tightly once folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and it can be able to fit through narrow 28-inch doors.
3. Delta Children LX Side by Side
This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents seeking an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored a dazzling score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size that means it's light, compact when folded and easy to put into a trunk of a car or closet. It also has the option of reclining in multiple positions and a parent cup holder. Other features worth mentioning include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels.
In our push and turn test it performed better than many of the other cheap strollers we tested, but it's still not the most comfortable to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades are among the most compact we tested, with only a direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.
It took us just under three minutes to put together the Delta with a manual. All of the components required tools. But, it's lacking some essential features that we believe it is important to consider as non-negotiable features in a double stroller for example, a larger basket and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.
4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1
The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi’s newest pushchair, and is advertised as a travel system for urban use. It is designed to accommodate baby from birth up to around 3.5 years, converting easily into a seat and carrycot in just only a few clicks. It is compatible with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a stay-in car-base and reversible carriage.
It is really easy to manoeuvre and the one-hand reclining of the seat and the massive shopping basket make it easy for parents to get their child out and in quickly. Although it is narrow, the pushchair handled the bumps of everyday life well and was able to pass through doorways without a hitch.
The front wheels can be locked into a forward position or let them swivel which can be helpful when crossing rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel during our walk on a stony path. It was able to handle this well, though it did seem a little rougher.
5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,
Baby Jogger is most famous for its three-wheeled, all-terrain, jogging strollers. But they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is simple to fold and can fit in the car's boot even with the carrycot attached.
It's a bit heavier than the other strollers we tried, but the wheels are a rubber composite so it feels well-made and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver across different terrains and even with two children, a shopping bag and other items.
Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50+ sun canopy extension. They are strong and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams, which can be blown back onto toddlers' faces.
It's not a lot of storage space but it has a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. It can also be linked with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). If you require a stroller that can be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.
6. Nuna Mixx Next
When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it stole the hearts of parents all over the world. It's a frame made of aluminum that can see you through your baby's first years and beyond. The wheels are durable and filled with foam which minimizes punctures and the chassis has built-in suspension which takes the sting out of rough terrain. It was easy to push and our test driver was able to maneuver the car through the narrow streets.
It folds in four simple steps and locks automatically without hassle. It can also be folded and repositioned for easy transportation down the stairs or in the trunk of the car. The travel system comes available with the option of adding an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors that are included. The brakes are simple to use with
single stroller for sale action color coded and flip-flop-friendly.
7. Babyzen Duet
This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to use and comes with a fantastic dual suspension. It can be folded with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and sturdy. The seat is reclined in many positions and has a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.
The canopy/seat has two large sun visors that are fixed or removed. Both are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't great because it's not as quiet as Velcro and may wake napping babies.
The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be configured to accommodate twins or siblings (up to 22kg max per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and even works with a few carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be placed so that they face each other. They can also be oriented to face the parents. This should lessen sibling fights about who sits with mom and dad. It has a huge gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and the ability to change mats. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold.
8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2
The Thule Urban glide 2 is the ideal
single stroller with standing board for parents who like to be active. It is one of the lightest strollers that you can buy your child. It also comes with great safety features, like a 5-point safety harness and wrist safety strap. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's different than the lever type found on competing models.
The seat is comfortable and has a wide area to sit in, however the seat's depth is lower than other joggers we've tried (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is secured with a zipper that keeps things safe. It can hold up to 10lbs that is enough for most diaper bags.
The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most bassinets and infant car seats, but you can use them starting from the first day using adapters that work with brands like BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds up compactly and takes 5-10 minutes to put together with no tools. The manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
