Lauren Ro, a writer and strategist who writes for the blog, loves is the Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono, that is a perfect fit as your family expands. It can be used with two infant car seats and a toddler seat. This makes it a great choice for twins.
Bugaboo Donkey
This is the top double stroller for families looking for a stylish, side-byside double stroller. It's a little bigger than other Bugaboo strollers, but it feels solid and built to last. It has an adjustable handlebar that can be extended and retracted easily. It also has a long reach, so it is easy for my husband of 6'1 to push, even when fully loaded.
Seats are comfortable and can be positioned in a way that one child is on top of the other or so that children face each the other. The seats can recline independently of one other. The canopies are huge, covering both seat fabrics should you wish. However, they don't provide much ventilation so they can feel like a small oven on hot days. There's no way to look at your children.
One of the most unique features of this stroller is its ability to grow with your family from a single seat (Mono mode) to grow to a double side-by-side stroller. This is the only
double buggy with carrycot stroller convertible to do this. It can even be used with another car seat or bassinet for babies.
It is easy to use on smooth surfaces, and it is able to handle stairs and slopes with ease. The only drawback is that it can be difficult to navigate in crowded shops and restaurants. It is difficult to fold the seat, particularly if it is attached. It's still pretty compact, and does fit through most doors easily.
There is an additional storage bin that fits on the frame next to the front seat in mono mode. This is useful for groceries and other items. The main storage basket underneath the seats is large and can accommodate up to 100 pounds which is more than any other stroller on this list!
Uppababy Vista V2
This is among the most popular
twin umbrella stroller strollers for newly newborns. It can be used right from the box as a double stroller and is compatible with numerous bassies and infant car seats. It can even accommodate two infant car seats or bassets at the same time if you purchase the Vista Upper and Lower adapters.
The V2 is an improved version of the original Vista. The toddler seat is a half-inch higher, the footrest has more space and the canopy is equipped with an extender fabric that zips out and adds extra coverage. The harness is also modernized, as it does not require re-threading. This makes it much easier to adjust.
The stroller comes with large wheels (8" in front and 11.5" in the back) and a strong suspension system that lets it take on any terrain. The front wheels are rubber and are ideal for navigating through rocks, gravel and cobblestones. While the rear wheels are more grippy to handle the grassy hills and sidewalks.
Another excellent feature is the possibility to attach a child's bike to the front of the stroller, making it an excellent option for those who aren't interested in using an infant car seat or Rumbleseat. And if you have an older child who is getting ready to stand and walk, the Vista can even fit the third child using its piggyback ride along board accessory.
Vista Vista is easy to use and to install. However, it takes some time to remove
All terrain Double buggy the protective packaging. The instructions are simple to follow, and there's an YouTube video to help if you require assistance in understanding them.

The two stroller seats of the double stroller feature reclined backrests and canopies that are completely independent. all terrain double stroller terrains and the 1-touch linked rear brakes with toe-tap activation make stopping easy.
In our Strollers & Multiples lab tests, Cortina Together scored well for ease of use. This metric is based on how easy it is to set up and fold the stroller, adjust the safety harness as well as the snack tray, engage and disengage the brakes, then lift and carry the folded stroller as if placing it in a trunk, and for double strollers that are compatible, install and remove the infant car seat.
This model isn't perfect. First, it's heavy. It weighs 36.6 pounds when fully loaded and is closer to the extreme end of our metric, and is heavier than the average for this group of strollers. It also is not able to see clearly in the back seat when the car seat is in place. The front tray release can be difficult to use, particularly after prolonged usage. However, despite these issues, we consider this to be a great double stroller that can keep up with your family for a long time.
Jeep Double Stroller
Jeep Destination Ultralight Side x Side Double Stroller - A lightweight, budget-friendly stroller that is ideal for families with two children. The front lock wheels swivel and rotate for easy maneuvering on flat surfaces and lock to give stability on bumpy surfaces. It also has an umbrella fold that can be closed in seconds and stands upright to make it easy to transport. Its aluminum frame is light, foam handles and strap for carrying make it one of the most easy-to-lift double strollers in our tests.
This side-by-side stroller offers independently reclining seats and foot rests for maximum comfort for both kids. Its large canopy offers UPF 50 protection and includes a peekaboo view for easy monitoring. We wish the canopy was vented to let in more airflow though. We didn't like the fact that the cup holder sits quite high up on the frame. You'll need to bend down in order to reach it.
In our test of tipping, the Jeep was able to tip over at a 39-degree angle which is higher than average for a double stroller. It's also heavier than our top picks, but it does provide a decent amount of storage space at a reasonable price and comes with ample padding in the seats and handle.
This stroller is multi-functional, and offers three modes. It can be used as a cart (for things), Jogger mode (with two 5-point safety belts for kids) as well as a car seat mode. It can fit one car seat for infants however, pediatricians suggest waiting until your child is 6 months old before jogging with them and one year old before taking them on rough terrain. It is available in black with a limited warranty.
