These spring cassettes are specially made for use with sprung multipoint locks, they will not fit multipoint handles that are not sprung and you will require a bespoke hole cut into your backplate to allow these to fit (please see image for technical diagram). They are a replacement for existing broken or missing cassettes within the backplate of the door handle for many brands of uPVC doors. They have an elongated square that accommodates an 8mm spindle and are sold as a set.
